This year marks the 100th year of Bill Reed Middles School, originally Loveland High School!  Jane DeDecker and Tracie Jenkins are creating a special Loveland HeART to commemorate this event and we need your help!  We are looking for alumni to sign our larger than life yearbook that will part of the heart!  

In addition, the Heart unveiling and a Special 100 Year Celebration along with the Loveland Historic Preservation Commission’s Annual Tour de Pant Event will be held on Saturday May 5th at Bill Reed Middle School.

Calendar Of Events

Escape to year-round excitement and experience signature festivals and other exciting events in Downtown. The Festival of Lights, presented by the Loveland Downtown Partnership on 11/29/17 brought holiday fun with the lighting a 24-foot Christmas Tree, musical entertainment and treats.The annual Loveland Fire Ice Festival is sure to amaze with specially lit ice carvings, art displays and nightly fireworks. Get wrapped up in the monthly Night on the Town along with pedicab rides and chalk artwork created by local artists.   Enjoy a night of music on March 28, 2018 at 6PM as the Rialto Theater in will host the inaugural Alley Lights Concert featuring local music stars Dave Beegle, Wendy Woo, and Steve Manshel to light up the alleyways in Downtown Loveland. Proceeds from the concert will directly benefit downtown businesses who will install energy efficient lighting solutions on their buildings adjacent to downtown alleys.

On Wednesday, October 4th, Verboten Brewing will be releasing: 

Grow Old With You 12 oz bottle and draft release.
English style Barleywine aged in bourbon barrels, 13% ABV. Inspired by English Barleywines & aged in various Bourbon Barrels to highlight its dark fruit aromas, this is our biggest beer to-date. The Barleywine was brewed with two mashes to make one single boil. We boiled it for over 3 hours to bring out the chewy, rich caramel flavors. This was aged in Dancing Pines and Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels.

Double Barrel Little Nonsense 12 oz. bottle and draft release. Little Nonsense aged in bourbon and brandy barrels, specifically blended to highlight the complex dark fruit flavors of brandy and the fresh oak flavors of bourbon.

German Chocolate Cake Stout Crowler release. Double milk stout with massive amount of adjuncts. Dried coconut, crushed pecans, cocoa husks and Cholaca liquid chocolate. Liquid cake!

The 4th annual Loveland Zombie Crawl will begin at 6pm on October 21st. The group zombie crawl photo shoot in the street area at 6:30 in front of the brewery. It is that time of year when the zombies inhabit the streets of Loveland. Enjoy this free event with your friends and get dressed up in your finest zombie attire. The event begins at Loveland Aleworks and goes throughout Downtown Loveland at participating locations. The Savvy Sparkplug is here to teach basic life skills classes in Northern Colorado in a fun and funky way to kids and young adults. "Bygone Era Basics" means exactly that: basic manners and skills that your mom and grandma taught you, that your dad and grandpa showed you how to do. In a brick and mortar classroom set up to look and feel like home, we take kids for a few hours, go back in time to when having these life skills was commonplace. Downtown District launches color-filled Hop. Skip. Jump. this Friday!

The Hop.Skip.Jump. program is designed to help people find parking, direct them to what's happening where and when, all in the midst of the construction going on downtown.

During May 12th's Night on the Town, visitors are invited to HOP from shop to shop, SKIP along the sidewalks to discover hidden artworks and interact with unique selfie spots and JUMP into one of the pedicabs and enjoy the ride. Anyone finding the hidden gems, special artwork and sidewalk secrets are encouraged to share photos on social media using #LoveHopSkipJump.

This year marks the 100th year of Bill Reed Middles School, originally Loveland High School!  Jane DeDecker and Tracie Jenkins are creating a special Loveland HeART to commemorate this event and we need your help!  We are looking for alumni to sign our larger than life yearbook that will part of the heart!  

In addition, the Heart unveiling and a Special 100 Year Celebration along with the Loveland Historic Preservation Commission’s Annual Tour de Pant Event will be held on Saturday May 5th at Bill Reed Middle School.

Downtown District launches color-filled Hop. Skip. Jump. this Friday!

The Hop.Skip.Jump. program is designed to help people find parking, direct them to what's happening where and when, all in the midst of the construction going on downtown.

During May 12th's Night on the Town, visitors are invited to HOP from shop to shop, SKIP along the sidewalks to discover hidden artworks and interact with unique selfie spots and JUMP into one of the pedicabs and enjoy the ride. Anyone finding the hidden gems, special artwork and sidewalk secrets are encouraged to share photos on social media using #LoveHopSkipJump.
