Concept Submissions - Coming to Downtown 2018

The Foundry (formerly called The South Catalyst Project) is a redevelopment in Downtown Loveland.  The project is mapped from the blocks between Lincoln and Cleveland Avenues from 3rd Street. south to 1st Street.

The South Catalyst name originated in 2009 during a study of Downtown Loveland. Demolition of the project began in February 2016. During Spring 2016, 15 existing buildings were razed, creating a blank canvas for the development team to begin the phased execution of the Foundry plan. To learn more about the evolution of the Foundry, visit the City of Loveland.

The KUSA-9News story on the South Catalyst project that ran three times last night.

Reporter Dan Grossman was here in Loveland, in the wettest of circumstances, to cover the beginning of demolition/remediation as we described in a media release last week. Instead, he was mostly indoors (thanks to the rain!) with Mike Scholl at the Civic Center and Clay Caldwell at Mo Betta Gumbo.
